PETS WELCOME
We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at Glade Creek Apartments.
We do require a non-refundable fee of $300 for one pet, $450 for two, and $600 for three pets. There is a monthly pet fee of $25 per pet. Breed and weight restrictions may apply.

QUALIFYING CRITERIA
Touring: Government issued I.D is required to tour.
Income: Income verification is required during the application process.
Credit/Criminal: Unsatisfactory credit may require additional deposit & criminal background checks are required.

Current residents of Glade Creek Apartments can use the resources below to pay their rent online and submit maintenance requests through our resident portal, as well as view our pet policy.
