Rent Payment

Rent payments are always due in full on the 1st day of each month and considered late after the 5th day of each month.
A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for any rent payment received after the 5th day of the month.
If mailing rent, please remit payment to: Glade Creek Apartments, 3343 Glade Creek Blvd., Roanoke, VA 24012.
During office hours, rent may be paid in the business office, located in the clubhouse.
After office hours, please use the night drop box located in the office door at 3343 Glade Creek Blvd.
Rent may be paid with a check, money order, or cashier's check.
Please make sure to include your apartment number on every payment. We also ask that all rent be paid with one check per apartment.
